Returns Policy

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure your return is packed properly and can’t get damaged in transit. We recommend using registered post so that you can keep track of your parcel.

No return for change of mind is available on special request orders or when stock has been specifically obtained to meet your order. We do not offer exchanges. When You Receive Your Order

Warranty Based Returns

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Every product you purchase from SafePassage comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty that covers manufacturing defects or faults. Warranty periods differ for different products and start from the purchase date on your receipt.

Warranties do not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage.

If a problem occurs with your purchase within its warranty period, contact SafePassage for assistance, and your product can be returned to us for assessment of the fault at your cost. If covered by the warranty, the fault will be repaired, and the item returned to you free of charge. In the case that no repair is possible, the item will be replaced or refunded.
